These statues in the Virginia State Capitol Rotunda in Richmond feature all eight presidents who were born in Virginia. A life size statue of George Washington and busts of Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, William Henry Harrison, John Tyler, Zachary Taylor and Woodrow Wilson. The marble statue of Washington is by French sculptor Jean-Antoine Houdon and is located in the center of the rotunda with the busts of the other presidents surrounding Washington along the walls.
