This statue of Theodore Roosevelt is located in front of the Stark County Courthouse in Dickinson, North Dakota. Roosevelt gave a speech in this location on July 4, 1886 and the statue depicts him delivering this address standing on a soap box. This statue was sculpted by Tom Bollinger and dedicated in 2011.
