This statue of Abraham Lincoln is located in the Kentucky State Capitol Rotunda in Frankfort. It was sculpted by Adolph Weinman and dedicated in 1911.
A statue of Jefferson Davis, President of the Confederacy can be seen to the left of Lincoln in the photograph above. Both Lincoln and Davis were born in Kentucky. The statue of Davis was removed from the Capitol in 2020.
