This bust of Abraham Lincoln is near the site of his December 1, 1859 speech in Troy, Kansas at the Doniphan County Courthouse. This bust was sculpted by Thomas Mark Sampsel and dedicated in 2002. The sculptor's signature on the bust is shown in the last photograph below.
