This center, originally named the Delaware Welcome Center, is near the border of Maryland and Delaware was renamed for Joe Biden and his family in 2018. The welcome center also features a small exhibit, including the bust shown below, about John F. Kennedy, who in 1963 dedicated the Interstate 95 turnpike between Baltimore and Wilmingon, Delaware near this location.
